This Privacy Policy explains how Express Cafeteria LTDA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Aviator 2026 mobile application (“Aviator 2026” or the “App”).
Aviator 2026 is an offline aviation knowledge application. It does not require registration, login, or a personal profile.
Information We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise process personal information through Aviator 2026.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, payment information, health information, or usage analytics.
Information Stored on Your Device
Aviator 2026 uses Apple’s UserDefaults system only to store:
- Whether the introductory onboarding has been completed.
- The identifiers of briefings you choose to save.
This information remains on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to a third party. You can remove it by deleting the App from your device.
Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising
Aviator 2026 does not track users across apps or websites. It does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, behavioral profiling, cookies, or third-party tracking technologies.
The App does not display advertising.
Accounts, Purchases, and Payments
Aviator 2026 does not offer accounts, subscriptions, in-app purchases, external payment links, virtual currency, or financial transactions.
The App contains no real-money or simulated gambling, betting, casino play, wagering, prizes, or cash-out functionality.
Children’s Privacy
Because Aviator 2026 does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians may contact us with any questions about this policy.
Data Security and Retention
No personal information is transmitted to or retained by us through the App. Local preferences remain under the security controls of your iPhone and are removed when the App is deleted.
Third-Party Services
Aviator 2026 does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, social networking, authentication, payment, or cloud-storage services.
The App Store and your Apple device are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or applicable legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
